Wonderful place.
Amazing view from the window, great room, delicious breakfasts in the morning, a beautiful view from the onsen to the mountains, silence and many beautiful places nearby that are worth visiting.
But the main advantage of this hotel is the employees hotel ! They are all just amazing!
Thank you very much! And see you soon.

A bit of a splurge after hiking the Nakascendo Trail, great value as it includes just about everything. Delicious buffet dinner and breakfast, so much choice. It’s fairly remote and we were the only westerners staying there. Free shuttle bus to station also.

The food was super-excellent. Perfect authentic Japanese food. The service was perfect, thanks to the hard-working owner and staff. This ryokan has been in business since Edo-Period. The current owner is the 14th generation. The former Japanese emperor stayed here when he was a prince; clearly the one of the best ryokan in the region. We stayed in a 400-year old detatched house, which was such an exciting experience; very unique and exceptional. Highly recommended.

Accommodation was spotlessly clean. The meals deliciously and beautifully presented. Loved the history and the architecture of the inn.

Beautiful Japanese style room in awesome location. Views over lake.
Onsen spa leaving me feeling completely refreshed.
Lots of little touches in the room like tea and beautiful cups.
The Enakyo Onsen Hotel Yuzuriha was our favourite hotel. The location is beautiful. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The onsen was clean, and the outdoor onsen was a highlight. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were helpful in booking restaurants and taxi when needed. We also enjoyed the karaoke room, and my children liked the video games. We would definitely stay here again.
The host was really helpful (even though we don't share a language) - she helped us out a lot and recommended a great local izakaya. Rooms were a decent size. The facilities are shared, but they were of a good standard. The location in Iwamura was great - it is a picturesque rural Japanese town, with a nice walk up to the castle ruins. We were only a short drive away from Magome and Tsumago
Location was great, just off the Main Street. Facilities were simple but sufficient and the house was beautiful and well preserved. Host is really helpful, she doesn’t speak English but is patient when you need help (use google translate!)
Very nice room overlooking the Gorge. Onsen was great. Location is 15minutes out of Ena town centre.
Buses available but not very frequent.
Free shuttle bus to and from hotel on arrival and departure.
Good place to explore the castle ruins at Iwamura.
