The location is great. It is located in the center of Kobe. 4-5 min walking you can go to center. The rooms are great. In lounge, they served free drinks and snacks ( nuts, coffee, fruit, soda, cola ). even between 17.00-20.00, they served wine and cheese.
Staff was helpful and very kind. We left our luggage to reception since we early arrived. When we went for check in, they already took our luggages to our room.
