1)I was looking for closer location to Mumbai Bangalore highway. This place was 3.5 kms from that. I was okay with that. 2)The room was bigger. I was okay with the size. This was okay for 2 persons but not for third person. Third person would be a crowd. 3)They offered 1 mineral water bottle as complimentary which was good 4)The breakfast was served hot and it was tasty. They served Poha, Upama and Egg omlet (I have stated an important quality issue in my dislikes.

It is a good hotel if you want to stay overnight during a trip. We stopped here on our way to Pune from Bangalore. Clean, has parking, courteous staffs and well quite reasonably priced.
