The staff's attitude and behavior were excellent, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the hotel's location was convenient, and the food served in the hotel was of high quality.
The location and overall cleanliness , behaviour of staffs and service was very good .
Special mention about Mr. Khan , duty manager he made sure we always feel comfortable during our stay
The hotel is in the middle of the city centre, although the entrance is inside a shopping complex (?). We arrived early in the morning and the door of the complex was locked!
Besides this, the check in was smooth. The room was huge! and the balcony!
