The behaviour of the staff from the reception to the hotel boy santu was excellent. The room was quite good for 2 persons. Aquaguard was there and the hotel boy helps in giving water and also luggage. The room had an ac,fan,geyser,tv with tatasky and also YouTube. The receptionist during the daytime were top-notch. My bag was kept securely at the reception for 6-7 hours after checking out. Will recommend everyone.

Nice location,2 min walking distance to main road and bus stand. Staff also good. The best thing was,it's delicious food. The best meal in our whole trip to Kolkata. Would like to visit once more for the food. Was willing to stay on our return trip in the same hotel,but its kind of far from the airport.

Good Experience at this hotel, Ambience Cleanness, Breakfast is collectively very good and room service is also good and upto mark. 12:Restaurant Breakfast Buffet and Service is worth to mention. Staff and Chef were so excited to serve us. It was great having Breakfast at Qmin. My request for early check in was denied and early check in was charged with Rs 500.00 . First they said that the breakfast will be provided free of charge if you pay money for early check in. When I checked out I was charged for the breakfast also . Totally cheating staff

Check-in was smooth. The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. loved the room size. staff was also good.

Situated in 5 feet wide gali and 500 meter far away from nearest bus stand and 1 KM away from nearest metro station. In a 15 minutes rain the hotel way become water logged. Rooms are damped and no lift facilities, so please donot recomend this from OYO group otherwise OYO will loose credibility. In next time I will think 100 times on your recommendations.
