The behaviour of the staff from the reception to the hotel boy santu was excellent. The room was quite good for 2 persons. Aquaguard was there and the hotel boy helps in giving water and also luggage. The room had an ac,fan,geyser,tv with tatasky and also YouTube. The receptionist during the daytime were top-notch. My bag was kept securely at the reception for 6-7 hours after checking out. Will recommend everyone.

Everything was good, but especially location is perfect. The hotel is located in central Kolkata, 10 minutes walking from metro Central station, it is possible to reach most of the places by walking and anyway there are many bus lines and Sealdah railway station is close too. The breakfast was good. The staff very helpful and friendly (special mention to Narayan). I hope to come again soon.

Nice location,2 min walking distance to main road and bus stand. Staff also good. The best thing was,it's delicious food. The best meal in our whole trip to Kolkata. Would like to visit once more for the food. Was willing to stay on our return trip in the same hotel,but its kind of far from the airport.

Good Experience at this hotel, Ambience Cleanness, Breakfast is collectively very good and room service is also good and upto mark. 12:Restaurant Breakfast Buffet and Service is worth to mention. Staff and Chef were so excited to serve us. It was great having Breakfast at Qmin. My request for early check in was denied and early check in was charged with Rs 500.00 . First they said that the breakfast will be provided free of charge if you pay money for early check in. When I checked out I was charged for the breakfast also . Totally cheating staff

Check-in was smooth. The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. loved the room size. staff was also good.

I'm very sorry to write but i want to write the doesn't want any western tourist We booked the room but when We call the say We didn't allow any western tourist but the didn't say anything about this in website any platform so it's really very very difficult to book room' luckily we didn't pay in booking other wise We lost money it's same happened in utrakhand nenital We booked rooms and We pay when We arivel the say We didn't give room beacuse of western tourist so middle of the night We are in the street but luckily tuck tuck drive take him home just little rest and next day going back Delhi this year i have really very bad experience in my life I'm treveling when I was 15 years old beacuse i have also own My Shop in Jaisalmer so I treveling everywhere in india so all this it's really very very bad behaviour in hotels man or owner
