fter fifteen minutes wait, the help did not respond.Managed to get another phone which was answered albeit rudely and upon hearing us,he disconnected.Shortly thereafter he sent us a whatsapp message stating that the hotel was SOLD OUT.I have used Booking.com extensively in the past but never a nightmarish experience like this ever before.
