This is a Hotel without a name board or location. What was promised in the Booking.com was totally not there. Total disappointment.
I wanted to pay for one day and move to another hotel as the room was lousy. But they insisted that I pay for all the days I booked with out using it even for one day. With this I would never book my hotel thru booking.com
The location was in tucked away area but posh part of Anand and externally the building looks very nice. The restaurant on the top floor was a good touch.
Hotel Lotus was in perfect location for us. It was easy to get around. Hotel was clean staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place.
