Surprised that hotel arrange for pickup from ferry terminal though i didn't ask for it. Most of the staff were attentive to my needs as a handicapped person. Although there were a few black sheep who were permanently in a bad mood. 1 guy especially was great. Offered me a ride on his motorcycle on my checkout day after seeing that i couldn't get a taxi.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, booking my room around 7 PM for arrival on the same day. Despite the late hour and the fact that I was the only guest in the entire hotel, I was warmly welcomed by Raju, who went out of his way to ensure I felt at home.The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably clean, and I was particularly impressed by the unique and thoughtful design of the bathroom, which added a touch of elegance to the space. The attention to detail in the room’s decor made it a cozy and inviting retreat after a long day of travel.The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional friendliness and hospitality. The location was really good, as it was a short walk to the Sri Bintan harbour, many shops, restaurants and ATMs. The staff helped me book a taxi to the Bintan Ferries Resorts harbour. The room was quite large and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The location is just a 5-minute walk from Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal. Staff were friendly and their restaurant serves guests 24/7. Do take note that some rooms allow smoking so if you are sensitive to smoke smell, do request for a non-smoking room. I stayed in a room that allows smoking but there wasn't any smoke smell when I checked in. Definitely worth the price!

Good location. Not far from the ferry terminal. This budget hotel offers no-frills accommodation. Book with realistic expectations in mind. If seeking more amenities, consider a higher-priced alternative.
Overall, I find this budget hotel ok. However, I prefer a room that doesn't face the main road in order to minimize the traffic noise.
