Staff very friendly, quick response time to things like Aircon tripped, need buggy to go to lobby. the beach and pool areas were clean and well attended. Great location.
I liked the location - I wanted some place away from the city and barelang gave me just that. I also liked that there were activities like ATV for us to take part in if we wanted to.
We like that Harris is located far from the city centre, with resort like characteristics and features. Although it was far, the driving time is only about 30 to 45 min to the city.
One hotel reception staff (Chinese lady) was very helpful and recommended many attractions. Many staff were trainees, which is fine.
