Our room had a lot of space and a great TV. It was clean and we always got new towels. The breakfast was great with everything you want. The location is great - directly on the beach. Dinner in the restaurant was astonishing. I didn't know you could get such good food in Scotland.

I liked the remote check in with the code to access the property as it saves a lot of waiting around and received communication from the hotel prior to our stay with instructions - nice clean property in a good location for a good price

The location is beautiful, close to the city centre and with free parking. The room is modern, very clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a TV in the room and some biscuits and coffee for the morning. We arrived late and there were no problems with the check-in, the owner left the key in a small black box. The owner was very kind and caring (she asked us if we arrived safely and had any problems ...). Just perfect.

The rooms are very spacious , comfortable (bed especially) tea and coffee ect. The breakfast is outstanding freshly cooked , this was my third visit over 6 years and the standard has been the same , But by far the best feature has to be the staff and your host Linda nothing is to much trouble for them , will i return you bet I would ..thankyou again for a wonderful if brief stay ..

The furniture may be dated - but to me this was the character that made the building, this is what we were looking for for our visit to Scotland. This I’m sure is the only reason it’s not more than 3 stars because I could fault anything else!!! The staff were amazing, as was the service and quality of food served. And the location - wow!! A 5 minute walk to an outstanding beach and walk.
