Room: perfect - on our arrival it was conditioned at great temperature, was clean and easy to find, with a super cool terrace. We had nice welcome with refreshing drink. Room was clean, comfortable and calm. Location is 20 min walk towards opera/tourist office. As alternative, tram is around 5-10 min away. Place is calm and has food shop at next building. We stayed at hot period, AC worked perfectly!

it was a 100% value for money accommodation. It is a very clean hotel. We had a nice, quiet and spacious room, with v. good wi-fi and private safe indoor parking, very close to the city centre. The nightshift receptionist is extremely polite and helpful. The owner of the Hotel passed by the premises during our check-in at 11:30pm and gave us good hints on various topics concerning our stay and the city. Thank you Philippe for your great hospitality!
