Very friendly and helpful personel. Great location if you are going to Roland Garros or like a quite neighbourhood and still not be to far from center of Paris. Just 30-45 minutes with metro(and it's just around the corner)

The apartment is quite nice, and the owner is extremely friendly and responds within a few minutes. The cleaning was excellent, and we were able to use the entire apartment while staying within our budget. I'd say it's good value for money. This accommodation is largely in the centre. As a result, we were able to simply and quickly reach the majority of the locations.
The apartment has a good location: quiet area, close to the city center, close to a metro station. The apartment was freshly, household appliances were in working order. Host was polite and sociable and offered help in solving the problem.
The location was excellent for the Stade de Coubertin where we were attending an event. Close to city centre and only €17 in Bolt taxi to Eiffel Tower.

We booked to be close to the football stadium Parque des Princes. It was perfect, walking distance to be at the stadium in time and without stress and with a nice stroll back to the hotel after the match.
The location is close to the metro station and offers very good connections with Paris city center.
We stayed in the small studio which is well equipped in the kitchenette and bathroom.
Lots of restaurants and supermarkets (carrefour express, franprix) are close to the hotel.
Location was great and if you’re a football or tennis fan, it’s perfect. Everything you need is nearby, shops, etc and it’s an easy Metro ride into the city centre.
