We arrived and found parking right out front of the hotel. We enjoyed walking into town and using the public transport getting amongst the locals. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable.

The hotel is very modern, new and super clean. Room is quite big and fully equipped with commodities. Breakfast is excellent and staff is very welcoming and ready to give info to visit the city. Bus stop is outside the hotel. Definitely recommended if you are in town.

We had a wonderful stay at Sercotel! We stayed in the small double room but to our surprise, we had a spectacular view of the beach and sunset. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Most of all, we appreciated the front desk personnel who were incredibly helpful and kind. Hotel was perfect for a couple's 2 night visit to San Sebastian.
