Everything about this facility was outstanding. We stayed with Holiday Inn Express in London and country England many years ago. The Madrid location has improved the brand in all respects. The breakfast was great but most importantly, the dining room staff were just superb. My wife suffered an anxiety attack whilst at breakfast and was looked after by the staff beautifully. Thank you so much. I advised the duty manager at the time of how wonderful his staff were, We will be back someday I hope.

Absolutely loved everything! The staff is super friendly, the location is the best possible, and the room is perfect! I was actually expecting something simple, but they clearly were so careful and thoughtful about all aspects... The decor, the BIG tv, the amazing shower (!!), plus the little special touches - like leaving a full water jar to welcome us and a reusable bag we could use (which was so pretty). We definitely want to go back to Madrid and we will 100% be booking this hotel again. Don't even hesitate - this is the place to stay.
