Very nice hotel with a spa and great views over the valley and the Alps, in plain contact with nature although close to the road and therefore well communicated. The room was big and comfortable, and had a nice balcony to enjoy the place. Highly recommendable, I will definitely come back. The staff was very helpful all the time as well.

Staff were friendly and spoke English well which was so helpful.. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate and my room had a beautiful view and was spotless - I really enjoyed my stay.. I also ate there and the food was delicious, my favourite was the breakfast - there was fruit salads, fry up food including boiled eggs and all sorts of breads cheeses and cold meats and tasty jams and pastries, cereals, coffees, tea and fruit teas.. I will be back to say for sure.

I liked its location and my refurbished room with a modern bathroom. I also liked the exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of breakfast items available for guests. The cheese board was one of the best I have come across on my travels.

We had a room with a view of the mountains. The Berktold house is a part of Victoria hotel with all required for comfortable staying: restaurant, sauna.
Our staying was during the Christmas season, we were suggested to have a Christmas dinner - it was excellent 👌 Also we added daily half pansion for 10 euro/day.
Sauna was included to our staying, additionally it's possible to order different SPA.
We also were provided with the guest cards for different bonuses in the city (free or discounts for buses, parking, skipass, etc.)
Near the hotel you can take a bus to any mountain to skiing, hiking or just sightseeing.

Exellent breskfast. Reception and the lady in charge of the breakfast room were outstanding. They went out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms have recently very tastefully decorated.
