The rooms were clean and quiet with a window. Delightful large courtyard with tables for a dining option. The historical write up of journalists Edgar Snow and Helen in a mini museum really stands out- creating a bridge between China and the Western world. The staff were really good, very helpful, we stayed for 5 days and got to know them well.. and they appreciate all efforts to speak Mandarin. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of variety from East and Western cuisine and good coffee. The free washing machines and dryers are a real bonus.
