This is a super family owned hotel, in a great location with super mountain views from public areas and bedrooms. We stayed in summer, but it would be super in winter too.

The location is so peaceful and with the most beautiful view across the valley. A short downhill walk to the village shops, cafes and restaurants including cable cars and bus stops.
Our hosts were fantastic, they gave us so many helpful suggestions on walks and local activities and made our stay perfect in every way, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
The staffs is very kind and discreet. Very good location. The room was confortable and had enough space. The water in the shower was not so easy to balance between cold and hot, but that was not a problem. The balcony is excellent for relaxing, . The restaurant is very good, dinner was served quickly and the food was excellent. This is a hotel to repeat in Lenk👏🏻👏🏻
The breakfast was rich. An excellent full buffet (English and continental breakfast). The hotel is in an excellent location. The restaurant should offer simpler and cheaper menus, especially if it intends to accommodate families on a tight budget. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. However, it is clear that there is a lack of staff and that the owner is not present (a problem in many small and medium-sized hotels).
