A TV and a work desk are provided in each room at Ramada Westlock. The traditionally styled rooms also include a microwave, fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities.

Breakfast was ok but only one person working! Couldn’t keep up with replacing items, eg, breads, coffee, eggs, etc. But not her fault; definitely short staffed on a Sunday morning with also having to deal with people checking out. She did have a housekeeping staff help out somewhat but management needs to address staffing shortages on wkends when hotel is fully booked

The washroom was exceptionally clean. This is one of the few hotels that I have visited that is mold free. The staff was excellent.
