Budget friendly. The location was good for me. It is a short walk to the train station, and a bus to the train station stops on the same side of the road a few houses to the easr of the house,. Lots of places to get food near by.. A number of parks within a short walk.

Good location close to metrotown mall for easy access to transit. About 30 minutes drive to downtown (rogers Arena area) If your looking for a quiet place to sleep and a hot shower at a good price 😊. As we were busy on our trip we weren't there much.

The A/C worked well, the bathroom was clean, ample parking out back, location is decent but right on the corner of a busy road but I use earplugs so that was not an issue. It was a very short-notice trip and this hotel was about $200 less than the next lowest option so it fit my budget. The fridge worked well but the stove/oven has to be from the 70's
