The staff were some of the best I have encountered anywhere, so friendly and helpful and seemed really proud of their hotel. The bed was perfect for me, not too hard, not too soft and the room spotlessly clean.
The location is good and though up a hill (it's Andorra) it really is only about 15mins from the centre and there is a bus stop just a couple of minutes away.

My parents come to Andorra every July and always look for hotels in the city center. It was their first time staying at the NH, and they were pleasantly surprised. The location is unbeatable, private parking is available (for a fee), and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very good and the price reasonable. I recommend it to everyone.
Great location (easy to move around, close to restaurants and shops), friendly staff, nice room with balcony, comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful, good breakfast, parking in a garage, free access to beautiful pool, good price-quality ratio.
Location is walking distance from bus station, city center etc. Breakfast was limited but fresh and tasty. Modest desing but clean and comfortable. A cute swimming pool on the rooftop available in the next building.
