Excellent hotel especially if you need an overnight stay for a connection flight. It is close to the airport, and the hotel organises a free shuttle bus from and/to the airport. The rooms are very clean and everything is there. Breakfast is available from 4 am in the morning which is very handy if you have an early flight. The staff is extremely helpful. My flight was slightly delayed and when I got out of the airport, I could not find the shuttle bus which was supposed to collect me. I called the hotel, and they told me to take a taxi and that they would pay for it. This was such a nice gesture as this is not something I expected. Really pleased with my stay! The only regret was that it was too short as I had to get a connecting flight in the morning:)

The rooms are very clean and tidy. We stayed for one night but had a nice experience. The breakfast is very nice. There are kettles in the room where we can make coffee. Staff is friendly. In a central location, everywhere can be reached within walking distance. Even the TV channel list is available in the room. You can request extra towels. I recommend the spa center, wonderful Turkish bath and sauna service, free massage service and excellent fish pool.
Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff; we had a lovely stay! Lots of fresh salads and cheese with a selection of hot foods for breakfast. There were also cereals, a table of breads and cakes. The spa with Turkish bath was a highlight and the massages were excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great holiday!
Hotel room and pools were clean. Excellent customer service by Mr D and Omur (front desk. Spa was really good. Loved Turkish bath and massage. Restaurant's breakfast menu was quite limited but customer service was brilliant. House keeping team was brilliant too, clean up every morning.
We had the best experience in spa and wellness centre, everyone is friendly and professionals in their field. Great hammam, sauna and massages. We had all inclusive deal and everything was great, meals, pools, beverages, Cleopatra beach N4 was also great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will visit again.
Food was very tasty & plentiful with a good variety offered every day. Bit disappointed that fresh orange juice was not included in the All inclusive for breakfast as you have to pay €2.5 euros for this. Hotel room was fantastic with a great seaview from the balcony and bathroom was clean. Could have done with a few more english speaking tv channels on the TV. Excellent gym and spa facilities (sauna & hamam included in the all inclusive package. Massages & Facials all reasonably priced. Helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast was good. Not all the foods were superb but they are all good. The included outdoor pool was pretty nice. At the basement, there were a spa and a sauna. You can also get massage and a Turkish bath hamam. During the dinner, the fish barbecue was amazingly good!
I have to say the General Manager was amazing, the issues I had, was dealt with swiftly, he took the time to listen and resolve promptly, that is something I admired. The spa and sauna was nice, even has a Turkish bath and massage, that was nice and relaxing. huge rooms and big beds, and lovely and warm as it was in March, so heating does work in room, so made it nice and cosy.
