Staff, breakfast, rooms -everything. Mosquitoes, yes. Like all over the island, but they have a lot of measures and they know what they are doing.follow this and no problem. Villas are clean and comfortable. The hotel area is picturesque and pleasant to walk around, with a lot of trees I. bloom and shade. The attention to detail is great: you are met with some music upon arrival, there is a bin with water to clean your feet from sand in front of every villa, drinking water in glass bottles instead of plastic. Food is awesome with meat and vegan options. There is a nice reef close to the shore for those who enjoy snorkeling. A huge advantage is a local village nearby, where you can find stores, restaurants, tours and massage. The staff is brilliant, very helpful and friendly

Excursions to surrounding islands can be arranged at the Excursions Counter, while souvenirs can be purchased at the boutique. A kid's club is also available for families traveling with children under 12. Best vacation we’ve ever had!! Staff were lovely and helpful. Gorgeous food and suitable for vegans. The water is just crystal clean. Experienced some extreme low-tides which was cool to see.

Breakfast is available each morning, and includes buffet, continental and Asian options. The location was fantastic. The staff was as helpful as can be (the communication gap really took a toll). The transport to/from the city was a buzz kill. The wait sometimes is 20 min. If there could be improvements on this end, that would be great. Overall, the view and the room for the money was great.

To unwind, guests can indulge in a soothing massage. A shuttle service is available at an extra charge. A trip to various attractions can be arranged at the on-site tour desk. For self-exploration, guests can rent a bicycle and go cycling around the island. A garden is also included. excellent staff and customer service.
