We would love to come back and stay again.

Stayed 3 nights in this amazing Balinese style resort, we had booked a large sunset villa with a view over the gardens and the sea, the villa had a bath in the middle of the room and a large bed with a fantastic view! We were unfortunately forced to leave the awful Santhiya Resort & Spa on Koh Phangan late in the evening! We had called Kupu Kupu if they still had a villa available and luckily they had it. We were very kindly helped by the reception and they already understood the situation! We were offered a free lunch from Kupu Kupu ourselves for the next day, that was really great service. We really had a great stay here with friendly and helpful staff, especially Andy from the reception arranged things for us such as a rental scooter, provided information about the area (which we also visited) and transport to the Ferry, fantastic! The hotel also provides pick-up service from Samui and Phangan with additional charges. It is a 40-minute speedboat ride from Samui. We stayed in a room facing the sea and it was really really nice and spacious for a family stay. The staff was extremely helpful. When we get there our daughter had already started to get sick and they arranged the room and give us a chance to check out a bit early. Food is good value. Breakfast is decent.

Set within 1 km of Srithanu Beach and 1.3 km of Chao Phao Beach, SandShine Village provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Srithanu. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Beautifuly decorated, in the middle od jungle, nice pool, clean, totally equipped for leaving. Wifi was good for remote work. Really nice Bali style shower.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this peaceful place. Definately a great hiding spot if you’re coming from a busy city. Villas had good amenities and service was friendly and helpful at all times - very easy to communicate through WhatsApp group. Very idyllic settings all round and you can spend hours in the villa or sunbathing by the beach.

I enjoyed the overal atmosphere of the hotel. The design, layout and materials used gave it a great, very relaxed vibe. Very spacious rooms, large bathroom with shower, huge bathtub and outdoor shower. Amazing outdoor pool! The breakfast buffet was fresh, tasty and never the same. Ow and they had gluten-free bread! And the staf was very very kind and helpful when needed. Would love to come back here.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you're in a bungalow close to the sea there are quite a few steps to reach the reception. We counted 100. The pool is small but nice and relaxing. It's well placed for getting to Zen beach and the Secret beach. The rooms are spacious and nice. Happy hour is between 5pm - 7pm when you get 40% off cocktails. The food at the hotel was good and reasonably priced. We had breakfast included which was lovely.
Breakfast was a wonderful feast covering all aspects of food. Titan restaurant was our favourite with great music. Spa Massage was strong and wonderful. Our 'apartment' great, traditional decoration and outside shower were fun. Lovely pool long enough to swim and to rest bedside. We walked to the village most days for cocktails and lunch
Everything was fantastic. The food was exceptional, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They have a day spa for fabulous massages. I will definitely be going back and recommending it to everyone.
Everything was perfect, the view from the lounge matress on the balcony was great, plenty of space in the rooms, nice outdoor kitchen, good breakfast. Rather remote beach with a relaxed atmosphere.
Hotel is located near nice beach where you can observe a beautiful sunset, during low tide you can walk to small Koh Ma island. There is large parking space (but during day its filled up). You can rent snorkeling gear or kayaks to go around Ko Ma island (hotel clients has special price). Near beach you can get good massage (just go in the morning as most of the towels are not changed during the day). Bar/breakfast are is located near beach and prices/menu is ok
Goof size, very clean and comfortable bungalows. Good size balconies with hammock and chair. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The gardens were magnificent and had a lot of effort. The staff were extremely friendly. Great location at the end of the bay. Nice restaurant within the resort. Good breakfast options. Nice beach and swings on the beach in front of the resort. fantastic spa and massages … I’d go as far as saying it was the best Thai oil massage I’ve ever had … total bliss.
The views were great, the villa was well equipped with a large fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Having your own private pool was amazing, we watched a few sunsets in it. There is a large lounge area with a breakfast bar for 4. Cooking facilities were more than adequate (not that we used them a lot) and there was more than enough room to sit and relax in the lounge area. Lots of storage space to hang your clothes. Concierge service was excellent and always on hand to help with whatever you need.
The atmosphere is impeccable! From the wood art to the scenery, all were fascinating. Even though the spa was fully booked during our stay, they managed to find some free spot for us and to enjoy their amazing services. The breakfast is amazing with variety of options. It is located near the beach with easy access to the nearby village. It is a beautiful sanuaury to find peace and relax.
the room-we had an outside bath and hammock and sea view. this was a real highlight. Breakfast was also nice. The cocktails were delicious and the massage at the spa were some of the best we’d had in Thailand.
