Bled
Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station.
The Triglav Bled also has a modern spa centre and can organise meetings for up to 70 people, weddings, anniversaries, business lunches and Slovenian culinary workshops.
The people were wonderful. The spa and pool were incredible. But our favourite were the breakfast and the view. Spectacular!
Ribcev Laz, Bohinj
The hotel's restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. Culinary offer is based on local ingredients and traditional dishes with a modern touch. A big garden right in front of the hotel offers relaxation for all guests. Hotel has rich entertainment program such as culinary workshop, outdoor activities and evening events. Gorgeous hotel just a short walk from the lake. The design and decor of the hotel is exceptional and the garden overlooking the lake is perfect for afternoon drinks at sunset. Dinner was wonderful, breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

First of all: the staff! They are ALL super friendly and very helpful. Upon arrival they informed us right away about sightseeing's in close proximity which brought us within half an hour walk to a beautiful waterfall even before dinner.
The room had an amazing view and the bed was one of the best I ever had in a hotel.
Speaking of dinner: don't miss out on their dinner especially with their wines ... and they know how to pair your dinner with the right wine.
Breakfast is very good! Fresh made eggs and fish upon request from a small menu, smoothies, good coffee (freshly made upon request too) and again: super staff. Waking up with this view and then being met with very friendly staff and such a good breakfast is unforgettable.
Bovec
Situated in Bovec, 20 km from Triglav National Park Information Centre, Hotel Soča features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Its a beautiful place to stay.

The suite upstairs is amazing. With the luxury added by the jacuzzi and sauna the apartment is just perfect. Also, the breakfast, smart room and staff were amazing. Every day the nice staff tried to help us as much as possible so we will get the best vacation possible.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights - Everything feels very modern and new but at the same time has a traditional cosy chalet vibe. good location, comfy bed, spacious room. Breakfast was really nice and everything tasted super fresh and homemade. Private Sauna session was very relaxing and a nice touch. My only thought was the sliding bathroom door in the bedrooms is not overly private as it leaves gaps either side but apart from that a lovely stay 😊 Would stay again!
Hotel is amazing, rooms are spacious we had the one with the balcony overviewing the lake. Very nice breakfast served in the dining area offers versatile choices for everyones taste. Wellness is smaller but with prebooking of coming hour offers just enough for relaxation. We rentes the bikes in the hotel for tour around the lake it was amazing.

The Triglav has plenty of old world charm and set overlooking Lake Bled. Spectacular views from the dinning room and pool. The spa area included a pool, sauna and massage facilities which were very pleasant. The breakfasts were excellent. As was the multi course dinners. Lots of hiking opportunities in the region. And sporting opportunities in the town of Bled. The hotel is only 100 m from the train station Bled Jezero. (Although the train services are not great). Bled town is about a 25 minute walk around the lake from the hotel.
Very good hotel with a perfect location, right next to the ski slopes. Rooms are clean and comfy and they seem to be recently renovated. Breakfast is really good and has plenty of choice. There is a Thai spa & massage center which offers variety of services for relaxation after the skiing. Parking spot available for guests.
It's a really relaxing stay. Each house has a hot tub and sauna inside the bathroom. Additionally there is a natural pool outside. The village is accessible only with electronic key, it felt secure enough. Nearby there are short hikes, and it's quite close to Bled by car. Plenty of parking outside. The breakfast and dinner are served at the hotel right next to the village. Food was great.
