Offering free spa and gym entrance and a modern restaurant and bar, this hotel is centrally located in Luleå, just 300 metres from Luleå Central Station. The spa includes 2 hot tubs, a steam sauna, a traditional sauna and an ice shower. Guests can also book treatments such as massages and facials. Location is perfect , ambience is excellent , Breakfast included was epic. We were there for the night as we had to take a flight . The man at the reception was kindly and lovely. seeing that we had come with little baby he gave us the nice room which can accommodate all 3 of us on comfy bed . Good man and good team overall

Beautiful place and very price worthy!!
The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spread of most things, and it was open for a long time. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Our room had a mini fridge with a freezer shelf, which was helpful. I liked most things, considering what I paid for the room and would definitely return someday.

Easy check in, nice large car park. Room was spacious for two people. Bathroom was newer than photos indicated which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast included is always a bonus and there was adequate options for the stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Steam sauna works as expected. Additional information for future guests - dinner is NOT included. I say this as I noticed recent reviews mentioning this and wanted to clarify for future travellers.
Pick up/ Transfers were excellent. The Glass Igloos were located on the water front, with good views of the sky for Aurora viewing. The igloo was cosy and clean, with everything we needed. The guest lounge was also a wonderful addition, with more space if you want to relax or socialise, as well as games, an extra kitchen and good showers. Breakfast included was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.
It was a dream come true with regards to remote location in the Arctic, the views, the sunrises and the hotel itself. The staff went above and beyond to do everything for me. The sauna facilities were small but excellent with hottubs overlooking the lake, absolute stunning. The spa treatments were relaxing and heartwarming. The food was very high standard and fantastic wine pairings, both Swedish wines and imports. They also made great cocktails;-)
Beds comfortable and nice to have the small kitchen area and table to sit at. Shower very good, especially after hiking for the past week! We ate at the restaurant for dinner which was delicious and the breakfast was fantastic, so much on offer! We also booked to use the spa which is well worth it, good value and very relaxing. Would stay again if in area again in future.
Our own lapland cabin on the lake with sauna and great local breakfast! welcoming personal reception from Thula who knows reindeer life and the area well . all social spaces kitchen and breakfast all in cabin and tent style
Great facilities, calm area, plenty of opportunity for activities such as minigolf. The sauna and spa area was exceptional! Preordered also a cheese plate for the spa which was delicious and looked like art. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommend the stay. :)
The Hotel is well situated in Lulea. Nice view to the harbour and only a few minutes walk to the other side. Shopping in five minutes clothes souvenires and local products. Wonderfull breakfast. Good restaurants and bar. spa and sauna possibilities. Very helpful staff and service.
The lobby was nice. There's a place to relax and hang out at the top after you've checked out - which is handy especially if you have a later flight. Breakfast menu was decent (nothing fancy) The cakes at the coffee lounge was tasty (we had the carrot cake). The spa was nice but pricey.
Stunning location, on the top of a small mountain with a panoramic view on pristine forests of Lapland! Very cozy and comfortable cabin located on the edge of the cliff! Luxury spa area with hot tub, a sauna with exceptional view and a bar with fresh beers and wine! Delicious and copious breakfast on Sunday.
We had a large suite with a balcony. The suite had a personal sauna. Neat, comfortable, spacious, with a great view. The breakfast was excellent. There is a separate dining area where you can find tea etc, and warm your meal. We didn't use the public sauna (we had private one) or gym. But the swimming pool/relaxing area was very nice. The staff was very helpful.
