Very big apartment in Timisoara, it is very well equipped (except for a washing machine, but for a short stay it is perfect). The kitchen is overwhelming: very good equipped for a whole family, never had so much kitchen utilities on my trip in Romania.

The interior is so cute designed with great attention to details and feeling for pure beauty. The pool is "the holy temple" of the place where you can rest and fulfill your batteries, enjoying Italian coffee at its best, drinks or very fresh and tasty fruits (do not miss Banat watermelon during summer).Timisoara is a great place for eating, but sometimes, when you do not want to leave your little gem, owners could prepare perfectly tasty breakfast or help you to order food and enjoy it in so cute wooden dining house overlooking perfectly cut and green grass and beautiful pool. All in all Carpe Diem is definitely a place where to stay while in Timisoara but this place will become also a reason to travel to Timisoara again and again to everyone who ever stayed there.

Hotel Boavista features an à la carte restaurant with 2 dining terraces and is located about 1.5 km from downtown Timișoara. It offers a wellness centre including a sauna and a fitness room, as well as massages. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Boavista a lot! The location is convenient, close to the West and Politechnical universities and the city center. The hotel is near the tram stop, making it accessible from the train station and the city center. Tram number 8 goes to the train station, while tram number 4 can take you directly to the city center. The hotel had one of the largest rooms I have seen in the area. The area nearby is safe. The hotel is across the road from the Business Center and about 10 minutes from the Dan Paltinisanu football field. You can get out for a walk at night. It has a supermarket nearby, and a larger supermarket about 5 minutes walk. The room has a fridge and TV with many options available. The bathroom is big, equipped with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair drier. Although the hotel had a wedding event near the reception, there was no noise in the room, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. They offered support and called me a taxi to the airport at 4 am. There is always someone at the reception. The very comfortable bed was a nice touch, and the bed linen smelled fresh and clean. They use an excellent softener for the sheets. The wifi works excellently in the room!

The 1,000 m² fitness centre offers guests modern amenities and aerobic-workout rooms. Very nice, so close or even in the old town. Nice parking too. Pool side is great, pool and bar is cool. Room was clean and fine.
