Octant Douro is set in the southern margin of the Douro River, km 41 of the N222 road. It is 10 km from the centre of Castelo de Paiva, 40 km from Porto, 60 km from Porto International Airport and 160 km from the Spanish border. Excellent, very generous breakfast, mix of local, continental and health focused cuisine . Michelin level restaurant did not disappoint and was quite frankly a great value. Regular bar also a great option. Wine selection excellent. Location very private, guarantees total disconnect from the world , if you want that. Great hiking trails. Excellent spa.

The property features indoor pool, Nordic bath, training room and spa treatments. An incredible property. We were just driving through so we only stayed one night, but I would love to return for longer. I think it would make a great base to explore the Douro. The room was spacious and simple. Great linens, lovely bath products. The pool is stunning with a view of the valley. Big, well-appointed fitness center. Gorgeous spa (that I didn't have time to use, sadly.) Fantastic restaurant-- we enjoyed dinner and breakfast, and both were quite good.

Situated in Lamego, 5 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary and 5 km from Lamego Museum, Quinta da Casa Amarela - Casas da Quinta - Turismo em Espaço Rural features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. The hotel was in a vineyard with lovely views. The owner and his staff were warm and super attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely pool area.

Everything was perfect: the house is very spacious, nicely decorated with everything you need. The beds are very big and comfortable. The view from the rooms is amazing. The pool is small, but tor us, being almost all the time alone there, was more than enough. The staff was very nice and helpful, always smiling and present. The breakfast was delicious, various freshly made home made cakes being available, with fresh orange juice and croissants. We will surely be back, thank you for your treat!

There are events rooms available. Bruno was amazing. The food was delicious. Facilities were heaven. Breakfast was a bit redundant. But was delicious. It was the perfect getaway.

Everything was in great conditions, clean and available. Plenty of entertainment for a groups. During all stay, Mr. Aderito was incredible. Situated in Barcel, Longra Family Villa & SPA offers a balcony with pool and river views, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The house bedrooms were perfect. Beds really comfortable with decent bedding. The downstairs layout works really well, with very comfortable sofa and seating area. The pool area ideal, plenty of chairs to suit everyone for shade and sun. We loved using the kayak.
