Super nice and helpful staff. When one of our bikes broke down, the local bike guru Mr. Jacek came over on a Saturday afternoon and fixed it.

Location also great it was super close to bikes rent stores and to elevator to the mountain. During check out we got some home made bread from the hotel as a gift.
