House and the view are beatiful! The hosts are extremely helpful and welcoming. They shared a lot of tips like what to visit and where to eat in the area. We loved the place and will recommend it to our friends. The breakfast is really big (2 eggs, 2 bread toast, sausage, bacon and some potato pancake (don't know the english name for that but you get the idea) ), so be prepared for that.

This is a hidden jewel, relaxing warm rooms w pool and spa pool access. Very relaxing after busy city lifestyle. Staff was professional, all information at our finger tips! Great to have breakfast if you wish. Nice to have tea or coffee when you wanted. Come highly recommended. Thank you Diana!

Located in proximity to the Kapiti beach as well as shopping and eating areas, with its own private entrance off a quiet street, this is a rare balance of quality and value.

A tastefully decorated clean and comfortable space with exclusive use of the spa pool. Cereals, toast with spreads , teas/ coffees and fresh juice for breakfast. Quiet & private, easy walk to Paraparaumu Beach and shops. Excellent value and would happily stay again.
Absolute luxury! Brian and Michelle were such lovely hosts who gave us the warmest welcome. The property was really luxurious in every way. From the linen to the appliances to furniture to a really great sleep in a comfy bed. We even had our own spa and was able to swim in a heated pool which was very memorable. Lovely evening walks on the beach made it an exceptionally relaxing holiday.
