The wellness area includes an indoor pool, fitness centre and sauna, while an outdoor swimming pool is also available. The spa in and of itself is worth the visit -- particularly if you join for the rituals. The rooms were clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The food was good too with lots of options at the cafes and the brasserie. I will be back.

We were greeted by a lovely host who showed us around. Facilities are everything you need and it is clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and fully recommend.

Hotel was amazing. The location was perfect for a winter ski vacation. The reception manager, Martin was instrumental in making my stay a true pleasure. He made sure that each request I made was granted with pleasure. His staff were trained to make me feel welcome and treated me as a valued guest. Martin is a true professional. I will return to this property.

Fantastic place. There are many places to sit and relax around the hotel. The food is excellent and the service is absolutely perfect all around. Amazing hotel with a beautiful lobby and facilities. Really enjoyed our time here. Make sure to pre-book dinner and the Spa. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!
The hotel is very nice, our room was very spacious and design was superb. The vibe is very relaxing as you are in middle of nature, but close to Holmenkollen arena. The staff was very helpful, breakfast buffet of good quality and variety, we appreciated sauna and swimming pool free of charge.
The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the coffee maker and a variety of coffees and teas that were available. The pool, sauna and the gym were especially lovely, most of the time there were just a few other people there at the time we were. The gym is small but well equipped and the view is amazing. There were a lot of breakfast options, sweet and savoury. Highly recommend the pancakes and Berlin balls which were fantastic. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

Could not rate this hotel and spa highly enough, value for money? More than! Everything from check in to (free late) check out was outstanding and the staff were exceptional with me and my family. Our room was upgraded for free and the breakfast was excellent. Special mention to Elizabeth for the outdoor sauna ritual and fjord swimming in the afternoon, a truly unforgettable experience.
The hotel's location is really good as it is situated next to Oslo's main promenade. Despite its proximity, the room was very quiet and had great views. Nice breakfast offering, providing a diverse range of options, including considerations for those with intolerances. Additionally, the hotel has amenities such as an indoor pool, gym, and sauna, contributing to a positive overall experience. It would be great to see additional workspaces, given that the existing ones near the reception tend to be quite busy.

Really comfortable and relaxing stay. Excellent service and friendly staff. The facilities are well maintained and no request is too great. The spa and gym are well equipped and fantastic to relax after a sauna. Breakfast at Grand cafe has a great selection and constantly restocked. Check out Eight rooftop bar for a drink before heading out in Oslo, it's well worth it.
