Starting with the beautiful decor of the entire hotel and the welcome gifts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the smell of everything in the room including the body lotion was amazing. The attention to detail when it came to room cleaning was on point. The fire place made it so cozy and the snacks were delicious. Aurea from the concierge was extremely helpful in providing transportation for us to get from CDMX to the hotel. The location was also the absolute best.
