The Elephant was an amazing experience. I stayed here for 4 nights and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff spoke good English. I got the honeymoon suite where there was a bathtub in the balcony! They have a free tuk tuk to pub street in the evening so the location was never too far. Their tuk tuk guys, specially Buntong spoke good English and was very helpful on the tours. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was clean, rooms were comfortable and spacious, staff was really helpful and friendly. We loved tour to Angor Wat with hotel tuktuk driver.

Especially the staff: very open, kind, caring staff who responded sincerely to every request. It's just wow! I haven't encountered such a customer-oriented approach while traveling anywhere! Thank you for making such a cozy place to which one wants to return!

Whenever I come to the reception area, staff Said good morning hello how are you. The restaurant staff also so welcoming. I decided to extend my stay for one day. I had no problem. Housekeeping cleans the rooms everyday and change towels etc. There was an incredible front office staff whose name is Phy. He welcomed me when I first arrived. He and every hotel member wants to make sure everything is great with hotel. Great staff and hotel overall
