Alex and Luca are a great bridge between Europe and Jamaica. They offer a great deal of kindness and because of their many years in Jamaica are able to offer a local experience shown and told with great passion. This was a real experience in a town built for big tourism. And next to all that. Seeing the hilltop come alive in the early morning is a unique experience. Because of our jetlag we woke up around 5 and watched the life around us slowly flourish. Last thing. Not to disrespect the local food which is brilliant and crazy fresh. The Italian food was, well Italian made by Italians, it never fails.

Guests at Riu Palace Tropical Bay - All Inclusive can enjoy a buffet or an American breakfast. Staff is amazing! Shout out to Oshean, Phoenix, Reyanna, and Spotlight. Everyone went out of their way to get to know us during our stay and we felt like they were good friends. The hotel is modern and clean, the restaurants are amazing (especially Rimini), and the reservation system through the app is easy and ideal to use. Highly recommend staying here.
