The bed quality is top notch, and lots of drawers to unpack clothing for long stays. Room facilities are abundant from hair dryer to coffee maker. The bathroom is very aesthetic with two sinks, showers also equipped with a rainfall outlet. The room temperature was great, and the balcony provides sitting area with ocean view and an outdoor bathtub that can be relaxing after a long day. Breakfast menu is great with variety of choices, very suitable for families. The food's high quality for room service is as expected for such high rated resort. But most of all, it is the excellent service from the staff which gives me the best impression, to the point where they are willing to be as helpful as they can be for families with little children.

The hotel itself is stunning and the room I was in was huge. The facilites were all pretty good. The pool could be bigger but its more than sufficient. The cleaning staff did a great job and the location is perfect to explore Bengkulu. This hotel helped make my stay really enjoyable and is a great addition to the town. I can't wait to hopefully return in April.
