Our room had a fantastic view to the beach and we enjoyed sitting there watching the sea and sunset. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Got a nice welcome drink from the bar and some free drinks in the minibar. Breakfast was good too. All in all, we really enjoyed the time with you and thank you so much!

A buffet, vegetarian or vegan breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!

What a stunning location! Food was fabulous and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in ever! The room has everything you need in exactly the right place.

The breakfast was excellent but what made the experience exceptional was the staff and a special acknowledgement to George and his breakfast team Despina and Sophia at the reception , Michalis, Danae, Antoni at the beach and Zacharias and Dino - they were all awesome . Our vacation ended with a special touch with an impeccable drive to the airport with Ari who invited us to his hometown and convinced us to return to Crete !

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. it was the perfect location and the staff were extremely friendly and offered us amazing recommendations.

They are fitted with an LCD TV, kitchenette and fridge, and enjoy free Internet access. Amazing location with sea view from your room and delicious breakfast. The accommodation offers a hot tub. The hotel was really nice. In front of beach with nice (but not big) swimming pool. The rooms looked to be new and they were comfortable. It is easy to park (they have a private parking in the property) and I think it was well located. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance) and it is within a fair drive distance from Chania downtown (took us 15-20 min driving). It is in front of beach with available free sunbeds. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety and we LOVED to have it outdoor, seating in front of ocean. The staff was also nice. In general we liked our experience and would highly recommend it!

Ideally situated in Heraklio Town, Ethereal White Resort Hotel & Spa features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Well set in the Heralkio City Centre district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as a hot tub. The property has a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness centre and terrace. We were greeted upon arrival but the staff were very welcoming. We were early so we were taken to the rooftop bar while our room was being prepared. The rooftop bar and swimming pool is very lovely and comfortable. Once our room was ready we were shown how the controls work, the smart room was so convenient. The location is perfect. It is a very brief walk to the city center, the port and quite a few other attractions. The hotel is quiet, modern and comfortable.
