Our room had a fantastic view to the beach and we enjoyed sitting there watching the sea and sunset. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Got a nice welcome drink from the bar and some free drinks in the minibar. Breakfast was good too. All in all, we really enjoyed the time with you and thank you so much!

A buffet, vegetarian or vegan breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!

With a garden, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features an indoor pool, spa centre and a 24-hour front desk. The service was amazing, room service was always quick, breakfast was excellent and rooms were always clean.

Beautifully styled and impeccably furnished, all accommodation options offer either an outdoor terrace or private pool or an outdoor hot tub. Dazzling and spacious with every modern amenity, accommodation is secluded in a residential environment within magnificently landscaped grounds. The breakfast was excellent but what made the experience exceptional was the staff and a special acknowledgement to George and his breakfast team Despina and Sophia at the reception , Michalis, Danae, Antoni at the beach and Zacharias and Dino - they were all awesome . Our vacation ended with a special touch with an impeccable drive to the airport with Ari who invited us to his hometown and convinced us to return to Crete !

Use of the gym is free, while there is a small spa-wellness centre with a spa bath and massage service. The use of the spa is by appointment and at extra charge. The Guy during check-in was very talkative but in good meaning and also helpful. Hotel has a pool. Rooms are spacious and if you are located on higher floors you will have nice view over the city. Breakfast is very tasty and has variety of choice. They also serve home made cake and pies (salty and sweet). Old town is just 10-15 min walking from/to hotel.

The resort’s Hammam Spa features spa treatment rooms specially designed and fully equipped for multiple treatments, including face and body massages, treatments and scrubs. There are also a sauna and a hammam. Children enjoy their own pools, game rooms and playground. There is a baby room with toys and a kids’ club and a teenagers’ club are at disposal of younger guests, with daily activities planned for them. The service was excellent, the food the drinks and the quality of the room.

Set amidst landscaped gardens, all apartments and studios at Kavos are air conditioned and have a spacious balcony or terrace. They are fitted with an LCD TV, kitchenette and fridge, and enjoy free Internet access. Pick up and drop off to airport included was really easy.. only 20 min drive.We arrived at midnight and the guy who picked us up made a detour so we could stop at a shop! Good quality hire car as well that are at the hotel waiting for you and easy hand over. We stayed in one of the suites that has it's own pool which are a 2 min walk from the main hotel. Lots of privacy so my wife enjoyed lots of topless sunbathing! Awesome view over the little cove where you can swim and is good for snorkeling. The room itself was brilliantly clean and modern. Housekeeping turned up every day to tidy The main pool is really large and clean and all surrounding areas are really nice and well kept. Breakfast was good with something for everyone and served from 8 till 10. We preferred lunch to dinner as it was more to our taste although both lunch and dinner were both really well priced so it's not expensive to stay in. Location wise you have great beaches near by, the main 2 approx a 5 min drive away. A couple of little shops around the corner a 2 min drive away that have everything you really need and they do absolutely banging coffee about a third of the price of Starbucks! There's a supermarket about a 10 min drive and probably another 15 min from there is Chania Old Town which is very pretty. We have been to this part of Crete a few times now and this was by far our best experience and will 100% be coming back here. It's not the cheapest place to stay but you get what you pay for and if you want a luxury relaxing break with zero to worry about don't go anywhere else

The accommodation offers a hot tub. The hotel was really nice. In front of beach with nice (but not big) swimming pool. The rooms looked to be new and they were comfortable. It is easy to park (they have a private parking in the property) and I think it was well located. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance) and it is within a fair drive distance from Chania downtown (took us 15-20 min driving). It is in front of beach with available free sunbeds. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety and we LOVED to have it outdoor, seating in front of ocean. The staff was also nice. In general we liked our experience and would highly recommend it!

Well set in the Heralkio City Centre district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as a hot tub. The property has a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness centre and terrace. Everything in this hotel is so dreamy that I don't know where to start: the staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel like home. The bar tender on the first floor, Sofia welcomed us with a fresh drink and lovely smile. One of the staff, Giannos, even helped us to find restaurants, historical sites and Greek food. The spa experience with Vicky and her lovely colleagues was also amazing, we enjoyed the steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the massage. Oh my goodness the massage was the highlight of the trip. The breakfast is gorgeous too. The chef, Gannis is there to personalize your omelette and pancakes. He offers such great and beautiful food for breakfast that I was not even sure if this is decoration or I'm allowed to eat it. The rooms are huge, beautiful and perfectly clean and extremely equipped in a way that you'd feel you stepped into a white castle. And last but not the least, the girls in the reception, I just remember one of the names(Christina) they speak every language, they help you with nice smile. They truly made this trip memorable for us.
