All staff we encountered were very friendly and professional.

The hotel was really nice. In front of beach with nice (but not big) swimming pool. The rooms looked to be new and they were comfortable. It is easy to park (they have a private parking in the property) and I think it was well located. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance) and it is within a fair drive distance from Chania downtown (took us 15-20 min driving). It is in front of beach with available free sunbeds. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety and we LOVED to have it outdoor, seating in front of ocean. The staff was also nice. In general we liked our experience and would highly recommend it!

Stunning spa and wet zone with hot tub and amazing massages - I've seen nothing like it in Heraklio. 4. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fluffy, perfect scrambled eggs. Great selection of fresh, local ingredients. 5. Venue is pristine and modern, with a sleek design. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. I'm definitely coming back here next year!

The hotel felt very calm and relaxing, plenty of food options on the buffet (and a very high standard of food). The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The spa was lovely and the massages were great. The room was clean and spacious. We felt very relaxed and well catered for during our stay, would highly recommend!
The place had so much space for us, so many activities too. The kitchen was full of all the essentials, the beds were really comfy and we utilised the pool and hot tub daily. The free breakfast every morning was such a bonus!
A spacious studio apartment surrounded by olive trees overlooking Palekastro. Andrea was a wonderful host even suppling some fresh eggs for our breakfast. An ideal spot to relax away from everything but close to town if you need anything.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was an issue and they were very content to engage in conversation. Breakfast choices were amazing, so much and the fruit smoothie juices were fabulous. The spa was amazing and is a must use, massages brilliant. Beds extremely comfortable and private jacuzzi is awesome.
Excellent service. Excellent spa. Heated pools. Beautiful clean sea. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa which was huge. Every room with its own shower and toilet. Very nice. The view from the villa was simply gorgeous. We enjoyed the free boat rides to the restaurants at Elounda mare. The Old mill and the yacht club are above and beyond. Very good food. The six senses spa is fantastic. Wellness packages are a good deal. Overall a wonderful vacation with lots of relaxation.
From the moment we walked in, the staff were super nice and helpful. They really wanted us to have a great stay, which we did. We managed to get same-day spa treatments which were really professional and relaxing. We also liked the pool and the delicious breakfast buffet.
Good for kids. Pools are very kid friendly. Lots of inflatables. Tiny explorers room was great for my toddler. Good food options - we were there for 6 nights which felt like a good amount. Liked the Mouries breakfast particularly and the Italian is good albeit pricey. Lovely massage and facial at the spa. Room was well located and nice to have sun beds outside the room allocated to you so you have a place to relax while the kids nap.
The breakfast served daily in the room was so delicious, the staff always went out of their way to accommodate our requests (such as packed breakfast to take with us on the days we had to leave early for excursions). The spa has a beautiful hot tub spot, and the massage therapist was so good and very attentive to our needs. It was amazing to have our own little pool with the room with sunset views. We truly enjoyed our break and felt pampered from head to toe.
This is a beautiful exclusive resort for those who want to relax in beautiful luxurious surroundings yet still have access to the town. The views are amazing. I loved breakfast on the private balcony and swimming the private pool. We stayed in a villa at the top of the resort. It had lots of outdoor space to relax in and amazing vie s. Breakfast on the balcony was lovely. We also had private gym and the rooms had everything we needed and more. All in great condition. New and clean.
We've stayed 2 nights and it was simply amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The selection of the breakfast buffet was just beyond. I also have had a Spa treatment (scalp and back massage) and it was extremely relaxing and worth it, especially with the 20% off voucher we've received upon our arrival. The hotel itself is modern, clean and just breathtaking. We will definitely come back!
