The Old 1800’d storage building was beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, helpful. They surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Champagne when we arrived . The beds were so comfortable !They arranged a last minute cab to the Acropolis as we were only there for one night. We had the choice of a continental breakfast or a voucher for a restaurant . We chose the restaurant which was amazing. The hotel is within walking distance of the Plaka( a few minutes). We walked home from the Acropolis after having dinner in the Plaka area. We had a wonderful last night in Greece before we headed back to Canada.

Located in the heart of Athens, just 200 metres from Syntagma Square, the modern Electra Metropolis boasts a small, rooftop pool with waterfall effect, and a sun terrace with views over the city. Gourmet dishes and refreshing cocktails can be enjoyed at the top-floor restaurant or at the M Bar offering panoramic views over the Acropolis. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Its a great location with incredible views from the top floor dining and bar area. Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. We have also stayed at other Electra locations and find them to be very well run.

Excellent property close to Athens (30min) away from the crowds in excellent low key location in Attica right on the beach, where you can chose to swim in sea or pool. Hotel has been refurbished and has super helpful as well as friendly staff.
