Property was exceptional, staff were all extremely polite from the get go and were willing to help with any problem, from finding buttons on the Hot Tub to cutting a pesky tag from my suit when no scissors could be found. I was extremely impressed throughout. Room was lovely and spacious with an exceptional range of complimentary beverages and snacks available. Spa facilities were luxurious as well with the most amazing view and breakfast was also a delight!

With free parking, and free WiFi, the hotel features a bar and a breakfast selection each morning. Excellent stopover, 1 minute from M5. Good sunday rates. Excellent inclusive breakfast. Friendly staff.

Outstanding staff and service. Facilities were top notch. And the entire ambiance makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a book.

This luxury hotel is an excellent countryside retreat featuring a state-of-the-art spa, fantastic gardens and award-winning cuisine. The hotel has stunning views over the Teme Valley in rural Worcestershire. We spent a couple of days there for a birthday celebration and It has been such a lovely experience. Staff has been so welcoming and everything has been superb. In our room we found fresh apples and some coffee and biscuits and we loved it. The spa is so beautiful, the pool is a dream and the restaurant bar warm and cosy. We took a couple of cocktails after dinner and we enjoyed the outside area. We couldn't ask more. All the staff members made the whole experience even better with their genuine and passionate way. We cannot wait to come back
