Chirk
The property also includes a spa with a thermal suite, experience showers including a refreshing ice bucket shower, hydrotherapy pool, atmospheric steam room, Sanarium and sauna. Guests can enjoy the spa and treatments for an additional fee and luxury robes, towels and slippers will be provided. The facilities are first rate, the spa & leisure centre really good. Location wise it is just beautiful. In the hotel itself the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On the front desk, Grace welcomed us and easily responded to (many!) changes we needed for our family wedding group 18! Sandra managed our room needs brilliantly and even helped carry our things to the car. Given our visit was for a family wedding, we had a couple of late nights, and Darren on reception later on was really kind and happy to chat with us and helped in several ways including replacing a non working key card later on! In the Water Side restaurant the staff there were also so kind and helpful with our large family group, Octavia and (forgotten her name!) the young lady getting married in a month or two (!) were especially kind and helpful. But everyone was there too. l

Nice setting and grounds. Privilege room good size but a little sparse and lacking atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. Nice to have a safe, iron, hairdryer. Robes although we didn’t use. Nice bathroom. Comfortable double bed. New therapy area with sauna, steam room, ice room nice. Buffet breakfast nice enough.
The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was very pleasant with an upmarket style and relaxing view outside.
Excellent location to everything in Bridgnorth, it was great to have the free parking, a comfortable spacious room and a lovely breakfast to start the day, a very chilled and relaxed place to stay, offers very good value for money
Beautiful location. Such a tidy and clean accommodation very modern, spacious with everything we needed. The garden and outdoor dining and hot tub very relaxing and pretty. Pauline and Paul the owners were very kind and attentive to our needs. Could not ask for a better host. So many amazing walks around, up and down beautiful hills of Shropshire. Castles and nice pubs to visit. Definitely will go back.
Everything about this property spoke luxury. It was one of the best stays in England I’ve had as the service, room, location and breakfast were exceptional. Robin and his wife Louise were fantastic hosts and it was lovely waking up each morning with a delicious breakfast looking at the views of their garden and woodland. If you want a relaxing few days this is the place to go. You do need a car as Shrewsbury is a 20 minute drive.
Plenty of space, everything made to represent luxury and with perfect taste. Every suite is different. Very relaxing atmosphere in a middle of countryside. Best eggs ever in modern breakfast room and romantic bar drink in any of several posh rooms around.
The hotel was stunning, staff were all so friendly and helpful, such a lovely relaxing atmosphere too. Rooms were lovely and clean, breakfast was amazing and the bar area was relaxing. The spa was beautiful, great selection of saunas and steam rooms.
Leisure facilities were really good: pool/sauna/steam room/jacuzzi all in the same complex: relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good value for money. The room was spacious.
The views were lovely and it was such a relaxed environment. I needed a relaxing weekend break. The spa was lovely and the steam and sauna room.
