The setting was beautiful, the chalet was outstanding and so clean. The facilities were perfect. Top quality furniture, bed was amazing. Loved the bottle of prosecco sitting as a welcome gift. The staff were so lovely, Chloe was fantastic, showing me how to work the BBQ, this was outstanding as everything was provided bar the food (which you understandably pay for) it was brilliant. The wee bar room with dart board was good craic

We had the whole place to ourselves too which was a bonus. We took our 2 year old who just loved the pool and all the farm animals!

The 5 AA Red Star Merchant Hotel is in the Cathedral Quarter of Belfast's city centre. It offers luxurious air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi, a spa, and a rooftop gymnasium and hot tub. Beautiful hotel extremely well maintained, reminded us of the opulent and lavish days in the late 1800 - early 1900. All the staff is well polite and welcoming. Our room was on the old side and was facing the fron tof the hotel and you could hear the noise from the street, this being said, when we mentionned it to the front they proposed to move us to a different room.It is definitively a five star hotel and we recommend it.

The 4-star Galgorm features a luxury spa and award-winning restaurant. It is set within 163 acres of lush parkland with the River Maine flowing through. Everything was magnificent. The spa facilities honestly surpassed anything I have ever experienced. Staff were amazing. Try the gin tasting event - so fun!
