Communication was excellent. the property was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed already there. Overall a fantastic stay.

This splendid manor house is set in 35 acres of wooded parkland and offers modern facilities in historic surroundings. The property boasts an indoor pool and a gymnasium. The staff from the reception through to the restaurant and bar were all exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive providing a genuine sense of being warmly welcomed as a guest, rather than a customer. Had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, food was excellent. Surrounded by tall trees and expansive grounds to wander, birds everywhere (including some fabulous and very friendly peacocks).

This property is a Georgian Country House Hotel. Guests can enjoy a delicious afternoon tea, stroll through 12 acres of gardens, and relax by the main leisure pool. Staff were super friendly at all times! we upgraded to the club and it was the perfect day the facilities there are amazing.

Photos and definition meets what you get there. Clean, spacious, well equipped rooms, bathrooms and kitchen and a smart TV. The manager was available even at odd hours to help out on queries as well as made a trip to the apartment to sort the thermostat issue which was the only persistent issue with the apartment as the temperatures wouldn't come below 26 degrees. The cooler fans were our rescue point thankfully however other than the thermostat no complaints about this other wise perfect for a family and worth the money!

In 8 acres of landscaped grounds roamed by deer and Letchworth black squirrels, house features a pool, a gym and free Wi-Fi. Letchworth Hall also has ample free parking. We visited for our 20th anniversary getaway and the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed and very special indeed!!! We were gobsmacked! They upgraded our rooms and when we walked in, the bed was beautifully decorated like it was a honeymoon suit with rose petals and towel swans. The room was exceptional, spacious, clean, and more than we imagined. The dinner was tasty and so was the breakfast. Beautiful surroundings too. The lady at reception was so sweet and friendly. Loved the location too. THANK YOU!!!! We'll be back for sure 😉

This 4-star country-house hotel is set in a beautiful 110-acre estate on the Hertfordshire/Essex border. Amazingly beautiful place. Huge rooms with comfortable bed and nice interior. Bathrooms spottless clean, with everything you need. The breakfast buffet delicious and plenty of choice for every taste. Fish and chips in the bar for lunch also very tasty and well cooked. Took a walk in the grounds . Beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would love to come back as soon as possible.
