It boasts a luxurious on-site spa, spacious rooms, and Michelin Star restaurant, Wild Honey St James. The hotel is beautiful, situated in an ideal position to visit central London’s main attractions. Cleanliness and courtesy are hallmarks of the hotel. Breakfast was marvellous, plenty of options and the breakfast staff was extremely attentive even to food allergies. A special thank you goes to Rika who took care of us on our arrival and to Flavia who took care of us in the spa! Thumbs up to all! The atmosphere found in the room before bedtime was very very appreciated!

I arrived very early from Heathrow airport and asked for an early check-in. My assigned room was not available but the reception staff made a plan and provided me a room, which was a relief and well appreciated. The breakfast on the terrace was superb and the service was very good. We visited the spa and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, steam shower and sauna. Such lovely facilities and well-enjoyed.
Very convenient from Heathrow. There are 4 local buses that run regularly to and from hotel for one pound, saving you the fee of the hotel shuttle. Very relaxing wellness center with hot tub, sauna and 5 comfortable lounge chairs to take a rest on. Also, clean tub in the bedroom. Staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptionally helpful.
We didn’t have breakfast, but we did have dinner-the cauliflower steak was divine and my friend said his chicken burger was probably the best burger he had ever had! We also booked in to the spa and had wonderful massages and really enjoyed the wet spa facilities too. Eve executive twin room was brilliant and the staff were very helpful. I will definitely stay again. Or if you were just looking for a nice spa day it’s a fab choice and only 5 mins from Shepherd’s Bush station!
The hotel is close to The Tower of London and Tower Bridge, one DLR station (Tower gateway) and 3 tube stations (Tower Hill, Aldgate and Aldgate East) It has a surprisingly good spa, with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a hot tub The executive room is large, the bathroom has both a shower and a bath tub Plenty of electricity sockets Some rooms have a better view than others The staff were welcoming and helpful with any question The breakfast was good, also the pizza and the Caesars salad from the restaurant were very nice
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It has a subtle futuristic/modern vibe. The staff were really friendly and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had no issues with noise. Breakfast was top tier! There was such a great variety of food and alternative milk as well. Well stocked! The spa was lovely. We had 2 25 minute massages that started promptly and were really good! The pool is massive and and there was a steam room and sauna room too. I’d definitely return.
The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. We had breakfast in the room which was delicious. We also used the spa which was very relaxing and has a sauna, jacuzzi and heated swimming pool.
The staff at St. James' Court were polite and friendly. I was upgraded to a king Suite which was a lovely surprise. There were some sweet touches such as a plate of pastries waiting for me in my room! The general ambience of the hotel was warm and tastefully decorated. The spa wellness centre is small and intimate with a vitality pool and sauna. The steam room was out of order which was a shame. Breakfast area in the courtyard was amazing! I would love to come back:)
