Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for me and my family. Ella was great on the check in reception and also Dan the bar manager made sure everything was taken care of when we went for drinks in the evening.

The Palm Restaurant is not only a beautiful setting but the Sunday carvery is the best I have had. The spa is luxurious and the treatments were excellent (I highly recommend Lillie).

Manor House Hotel and Spa is set in the countryside on the outskirts of Alsager, 10 km from the city of Stoke-on-Trent and the town of Crewe. It is also only a 5-minute drive to Junction 16 of the M6.... Situé à la sortie d'une petite ville du Chechire, Très bel hôtel cosy, typique anglais, avec restaurant et pub très joliment décorés. Piscine intérieure et extérieure magnifiques. Propose des soins que nous n'avons pas testés. Excellent restaurant pour diner et très bons petits-déjeuners. Le personnel est au top. La chambre était bien équipée (chambre 100) mais un peu sombre car située au rdc (les fenêtres ne s'ouvraient pas car elles donnent sur la rue). Pourtant très calme. Grand lit, bon matelas. Eau et boissons chaudes à disposition. Sèche-cheveux et produits de toilette.
