The house is magnificent and steeped in history. The bedrooms were huge and comfortable with a four poster bed. Loved the guests lounge, the main dining room and the grounds were all breathtaking.

We liked the leisure cente stuff as in swimming pool, hot tub, sauna etc we also loved the breakfast.
Location was excellent, bed large and comfortable, breakfast and dinner exceptional, cocktails and bar choice and service excellent. Very good spa, relaxing and well configured with a good pool and plenty of loungers. We will be back!
We went for a break after my partners mum passed away it was far from relaxing youths were running around the spa throwing things jumping from the jacuzzi in to pool upsetting everyone. Several guests complained and the staff did nothing when we complained on checking out they did nothing but off a room upgrade next stay! We spent over 400 on a 2 night break and felt more stressed when leaving. Sausages were raw at breakfast also
Free parking and loved the spa facilities. We got massages and used the pool which was a good size. The breakfast selection was lovely
The spa area was lovely, very relaxing space. The food at breakfast was really good and the waiting staff were very attentive and polite.
Lovely relaxed environment in the bar area. The live music was good. The bed was comfortable. Nice smell as you enter the hotel reception space. The sauna steam and hot tub/jacuzzi are great.
Nice ambiance, SUPER staff all over. Good quality house menu, dinner a bit disappointing for the price. Good breakfast. Nice grounds. Spa nice, but a bit noisy, and occasionally very busy, not much space. Jacussi mostly too cool, excellent sauna and steam room.
A relaxed, comfortable hotel with an excellent pool, gym and spa and very helpful staff. The breakfasts in the orangery overlooking the terrace and lovely gardens were wonderful, our room, though at the budget end was large and well decorated with an enormous double bed. Everything was provided for a relaxing stay.
Amazing stay would come again. Staff were so kind always smiling and great hospitality. The hotel interior was beautiful. Rooms were immaculate and spacious. I loved the steam room/hot tub/ sauna, it was a bonus and a pleasant surprise. Dinner was delicious and quick. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with lots to choose from. 10/10
We chose this hotel for the spa facilities and were not disappointed, the pool and sauna were lovely and the whole experience made for a very relaxing weekend. There was plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast which was constantly being topped up.
