Amazing room with luxurious en suite in a wonderful location. Remote enough to feel like you’re getting away from it all but close to a lot of great places to visit. Great breakfast choices, with personalised amendments make on request. The hosts were attentive and keen to make sure the stay was perfect. Added bonus to be able to use the spa!
What an absolutely delightful stay , the property is beautifully appointed and decorated. Our room was lovely which was the Poppy Room . Breakfast was served in the spacious and stunning dining room which was delicious. Our hosts Paula and Robert were lovely and chatted to us over breakfast, Robert showed us his impressive fish tank as my husband loves aquariums . We will definitely be returning. Celia and Simon
I can't recommend Home Farm B&B enough. From first contact, Paula couldn't have been more helpful. The B&B was easy to find and well signposted. The house has been finished to an extremely high standard and was spotlessly clean. The spa facilities were amazing and a very welcome retreat to relax and rejuvenate. I have already booked my next visit there.
Breakfast excellent Fiona very pleasant and efficient pool hot tub sauna good room needs attention to detail skirting grubby shower plug needed cleaned dusty in places plenty hot water tea and coffee milk overall all ok
Robert and Paula are exceptional hosts. They have a wonderful B&B and the facilities are very clean, comfortable and of a very high standard. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a knockout! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and enjoyed in the spacious dining hall. Our hosts made us feel like part of a family rather than strangers. We will definitely be back again soon.
The room was beautiful . Owners extremely friendly and they cooked a beautiful breakfast the following morning. Wonderful log fire in breakfast room too. My favourite thing was the pool, spa and sauna for our own personal use for 2 hours. Although you pay extra for this is it so worth it. They even dried out swimsuits for us. So no soggy swimsuits to pack. We will definitely be back.
Check in was lovely and the hotel and facilities were explained. The room was spacious although the view ws of the canopy over the front of the hotel - not great. Plus we were above the hotel venue suite and there was a wedding on. The noise was very loud and as this was to be a very relaxing weekend it didnt quite plan out that way. The hotel breakfast and evening meals were delicious and the leisure area was very clean.
The poppy room bed was so comfortable and the room spacious with a lovely bathroom, breakfast was amazing in a cosy dining room, the extras being the spa area where you could go for a swim, sit in the jacuzzi or go for the sauna is a real bonus. There is also plenty of lovely walks to go, especially down to the loch which is beautiful.
Balgavies Home Farm is an outstanding B&B. Paula & Robert are friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was spotless and rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside is spectacular. Breakfast was first class, i had the continental option and was not disappointed. The spa was an amazing, relaxing experience, the large aquarium is wonderful. I would highly recommend Balgavies Home Farm, you wont be disappointed.
Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, great food . Spa facilities very good , I had a massage too... very enjoyable. Can’t thank breakfast staff ( girl) enough . I arrived late to join my parents and she was so lovely moving chair and getting me sorted . ( tall, long dark hair, name escapes me ) thank you
