The staff was superb. Due to a public event, all roads were closed and we could not get to the hotel by car. We parked nearby by Pl. he Cataunya and Alex and his collegue ran at record speed to come and pick us up and all our luggage on foot. They were so attentive to our needs and extremely professional and curteous

The hotel rooms were large and spacious. The pools were beautiful and the hotel staff was very helpful. The kids club was an amazing experience for children. The on-site restaurants were a nice added touch for convenience and everything that was needed was on the property!

Hotel is in very good location, if you play golf its like heaven. Very good food, and breakfast, clean and nice rooms, ok spa area, but to be honest, sauna is nowhere near as hot as it should be and so is the steam room. pool was fine. In summer for sure its nice to relax in main pool. Very nice views all around hotel .
Beautiful boutique hotel in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. Friendly staff, nightly wine & cheese gathering, in-house restaurant, delicious hot & cold buffet breakfast. Small but very comfortable room (light & airy). Enjoyed the Turkish spa with relaxing massage, the 24-hour expresso machine, and the availability of a clothes washer & dryer. Great views from the rooftop lounge and pool.
The hotel was as expected. It was perfect for a short stay in Barcelona, in a great location 2 minutes walk off of Las Ramblas and very close to the famous food market. The hotel has made the most of the roof-top space by creating as much space as possible to relax in the sun and a small pool for a refreshing dip. There is also a bar at the pool. The breakfast was good too.
The spa and pool are excellent. You can book to use the spa for one hour, which means you get it all to yourself and it’s lovely and relaxing with very powerful jets and a great sauna. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant does good food and breakfasts. We were very happy and a lovely way to end the holiday relaxing and a short drive to the airport. Amazing!
The hotel is sleek, modern, luxurious, relaxed and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - huge variety of food and attentive staff. Club Lounge is brilliant and well worth getting. The spa is probably the best spa in Barcelona. The staff were generally all amazing but particular thank you to Martina at reception desk who sorted out an issue for us with great care and empathy - thanks Martina, we won't forget it!

Absolutely wonderful SPA and personel. The atmosphere and professional skills of the administrator and massage specialist were perfectly for relax and luxury stay. If you stay in this hotel, you should visit SPA for sure.
An excellent hotel based around a spa and connected to an amazing spa resort just a short walk down the road. Rooms cleaned every day to a sparkling finish. Relaxed atmosphere with a wonderful outdoor pool. Lots of areas outside to sit and relax during the day or in the evening including a large veranda. Helpful courteous staff. Wonderful breakfast with everything you would hope for. The evening restaraunt is also excellent with an 'all you can eat and drink' buffet. The hotel has bikes to rent for small journeys around the local area.
Hotel interior is quite posh. There are nice cafes and bars nearby. The bed is large and very comfortable and the room is nicely furnished. The room is clean and the bathroom is spacious especially the shower area. Our booking has a free spa entry and we enjoyed the indoor bubble massage pool and the sauna. All in all, our stay was very good and relaxing. The breakfast was alright, too. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I come back to Barcelona.
