What a sweet place this was! This house has four guest apartments that are located in different floors and sides of the building - two apartments open to the pool (like this apartment), one to the street and one to the other side of the building. During our stay the other guests were families. This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor, so the entrance starts with stairs. Rooms are smallish but smartly furnished and have plenty of room on the floor. 3rd floor bedroom has a bit lower ceiling and is perfect for children. Everything in the kitchen worked the way it had to, no surprises. The apartment looked really cosy and full of light. The biggest plus is pool. Water was clean and it had no closed-after-10pm-policy. Just keep quiet after 11:00 pm. This house has central location - train station about 1.5 km, nearest shop 0.6 km, nearest cafe 0.2 km, Viljandi castle park around the corner, beach just down the hill.

The hotel itself (restored so nicely), the location, the room, the food and the wellness spa...class act!!
Very convenient location for shopping, the bus station, and taxi stand to get to the train station; the historic center is 5-10 minutes' walk and it's not far to walk to the lake and other points of interest. Lots of nice restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. A nice breakfast, plenty of common spaces where I could meet with friends and colleagues. The staff were really nice and the bed was quite comfortable, I thought it was a good value for the price as well.
The room was comfortably spacious, Its on a quiet street:) The bed was mega comfortable, and breakfast was really nice. What i loved the most was the fact that weekend breakfast time was longer so 8-11:00 so i was able to sleep a little longer than in most places.
The most wonderful host and a amazing breakfast. In the middle of nature its the perfect place to relax. Well equipped kitchen. Sergej even picked me up from the busstop

The location was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the breakfast was tasty. Shuttle bus brought from the railway station to a nearby bus stop. Short walk to the bus station.
The breakfast was tasty and enough food until the end at 11.00. Room we had was spacious and the location is 10/10 Parking is free in front of the hotel Great pick if you are planning to go to the night club next door and party until morning.

Breakfast was done at the moment you arrived, so it was à la carte with bread basket which included cheese, ham, salmon etc. Indeed, it was perfect! We also appreciated umbrellas waiting for us in the hallway, so we had a nice walk in the rain eating ice-cream under the umbrellas :) Beautiful interior fulfilled with history and offering private spa experience on the ground floor was absolutely amazing! Our family left the hotel gratefully and in a relaxed manner. We recommend.
