Another beautiful impression was from the stuff, from receptionists to the house keepers all of them were offering help and smiling! Spa is fantastic. Breakfast was beyond our expectations! The breakfast is included and offers a large choice served inside or outside on the beautiful terrace with a view. Kind staff and amazing view from the balcony to the Neuschwanstein castle. The rooms were very spacious and nicely designed. We could leave the car in the garage even after we checked out so we had some peace of mind.

They offer so much, more than any other hotel/bed and breakfast I have stayed at. This place is ideal for couples, families with small children or teens, or small groups. I normally do not gloat over a hotel, but the place was so well designed. Nice kitchen; hot, powerful shower, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. What really caught me off guard was the abundance of free add-ons such as a well appointed gym, large sauna, natural pool, and hot tub. Plus they offered free loaner bikes, hiking sticks, and so much more.
